As a therapist, I value authenticity and the relational connection between myself and clients. I believe that therapy is a wonderful tool for exploring all parts of you! My goal is to help my clients find themselves by creating
a warm, understanding, and safe environment. In sessions, I show up authentically as myself. This includes my humorous, sarcastic, creative, and unique parts! By doing that I aim to inspire my clients to do the same!
My approach is eclectic and often uses a combination of various modalities such as IFS, DBT, CBT, person-centered, play therapy, HAES lens for ED treatment andnarrative therapy.
I have experience working with all ages as young as 3 years old. My areas of focus include eating disorders, body image, anxiety, ADHD, depression, adjustment disorders, family issues and self-esteem issues.

Teens & Adults
As a wise woman once said, “Life’s a climb but the view is great.” - Miley Cyrus.
I am passionate about creating a space where my clients can uncover their authentic selves in a safe, inviting environment where each part of them is accepted; the parts afraid of tackling the climb, and the parts shouting with laughter from the submit! There are many mountains, and sometimes we will wish to move them, but my goal
is to climb the mountains with my clients, while identifying the joys of the journey, and offering support when
needed. I also LOVE a good metaphor!
My approach to counseling will always put the client first through a person-centered approach and valuing the therapeutic relationship between myself and the client.
I show up as my authentic self during sessions (occasionally spilling coffee), and I hope to empower my clients to do the same! I use various modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness/acceptance strategies, and a HAES approach to create an eclectic approach to working with each individual client. My focus areas include eating disorders, body image, depression, anxiety, and family issues.
I am a Resident in Counseling in Virginia, and hold a Limited Permit in New York. I primarily work with teens, young adults, and adults ages 13 and older. I specialize in treating eating disorders and co-occurring disorders. I work with individuals and families, and work to empower my clients through collaborative, and culturally inclusive care.

Adults & Couples
I am a resident counselor with a strong background in maternal mental health, parenting education and child development. I am especially passionate about helping parents strengthen their bond with their children while working toward their parenting goals and personal development. As a military spouse and a homeschooling mom of three, I understand the unique challenges of balancing family, work, and personal well-being. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to walk alongside you, I’m here to support you every
step of the way.

My approach is eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and my Level One Gottman Certification.
Whether you’re navigating parenting, relationships, or personal growth, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals.

Outside of work I enjoy reading, crocheting, and spending time with my husband, kids, and English bulldog. I am a Pacific Northwest native and enjoy all things coffee and spending plenty of time exploring outside.

16+ & Couples
Family dynamics, personal relationships, and past experiences can often leave us feeling disconnected
from ourselves and those around us.
I work with both individuals (ages 16 and up) and couples to rebuild that connection. My approach to counseling is grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and non-judgement.
I strive to create a space that feels supportive and collaborative, no matter where you are in your journey.
In therapy, my goal is to support you in reconnecting with your whole being - mind, body, and spirit - and in pursuing a life that feels authentic and true to who you are.
I’m especially passionate about supporting people through healing from eating disorders and disordered eating, helping them reconnect with their bodies in a compassionate and meaningful way.
I incorporate principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you navigate emotional challenges, strengthen your relationships, and live in alignment with your values.
Through a trauma-informed lens, I strive to create a space that fosters safety and connection, empowering you to feel more confident and capable both within and beyond our sessions.
